The girls and I continue our quest for Back-To-School prep, by trying out a new recipe, Oat Breakfast Muffins, together. I thought these would be a great make-ahead breakfast (or snack) for the busy school mornings ahead. I’m sharing the recipe today on the monthly series Multiples in the Kitchen on the Multiples and More Blog Network.
Making the muffins together was easy enough, but today I also made another batch on my own. It is SO quick, because there are few ingredients, and all the work is done in the food processor or blender.
Definitely making these all year with different fruits, but I think the banana with chocolate chips will be making regular appearances!
