The sewing machine…it can be an enigma sometimes. It may seem like it has a mind of its own. Sometimes I’ve got a sewing groove going on, and it jams on me. ARGH! Or my needle will break. WHY?!!! And thinking about thread tension sometimes makes me feel…tense.
If you’ve suffered from sewing machine woes like me, you are in luck. Craftsy.com is offering a FREE Sewing Machine 911 class! I’ve just signed up myself, and I like what I see so far. There’s even a place for the community to ask questions. I look forward to building some sewing confidence through this class.
Click the this button for a preview and to sign up!
All you have to do is join Craftsy.com (membership is free) and the class is available to you for free.
You’ll also have access to both free and non-free classes, patterns, and the community with your membership. If you don’t sew, don’t worry, it’s Craftsy, not sewsy…there’s something for all types of crafts, from knitting to chocolate making to wood working. You can also receive their email newsletter. I get a lot of email, but Craftsy’s newsletter is one of the few to which I look forward because it has so much useful information in it. And…you can even submit links to your own projects and check out other members’ projects as well.
Let me know if you take the class!
